COVID-19 Visitation Restrictions


At Kansas Heart Hospital, the safety and well-being of our patients, visitors and staff is our highest priority. To safeguard during the present flu season and COVID-19 visitation is being restricted.


You are required to stop at the front desk:

Masks are required at all times in this facility.

Only two adult visitors per patient at any time.

Children age 14 or younger are discouraged from visiting.

All visitors will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire and have his/her temperature checked.

Please do not visit the hospital if you have symptoms of the flu (signs of the flu include fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose or sore throat.)

Please wash your hands frequently. Make sure to clean your hands before entering a patient’s room, when leaving a patient’s room and prior to leaving the hospital.

As per CDC guidance, visitors should not visit if they have traveled to certain areas within the last 14 days that CDC has designated as Level 3 Warning or Level 2 for Novel Coronavirus.
