In the Wichita Business Journal article from February 21st, Teresa shared her advice for individuals wishing to pursue a career in human resources. “In new employee orientation I show a video and talk about attitude and loving what you do. You spend so much of your awake time at your job so make it something you love doing.”

Teresa reports to and works with Steve Smith, CFO. He commented that Teresa is an “unbelievable asset to KHH and a great person.” Joyce Heismeyer, COO, added, “She is an outstanding HR leader who is in touch with every employee at Kansas Heart Hospital.”

President and Chairman Greg Duick M.D. further elaborated, “She is the “go-to” person for our employees, taking a personal interest in each and every person, respecting their privacy while at the same time guiding employees through difficult times of personal and work-related issues.”

Congratulations, Teresa.
