Kansas Heart Hospital has physicians who own part of the hospital meeting the Federal definition of a physician-owned hospital specified in 42 CFR 489.3. On May 4th, 2007 Via Christi Regional Medical Center purchased a 49% ownership interest in Kansas Heart Hospital. Current ownership is outlined above.
